Quotations: Written price quotations are in effect at the time of quotation only and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Terms: Net 30 days subject to approved credit - otherwise C.O.D.

Sales & other Taxes: Extra, if applicable.

Minimum invoice: $25.00 CDN

Freight: F.O.B. - Our shipping point: Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.

Returns: No goods will be accepted for return without our prior approval. Specials cannot be returned. There will be a restocking/handling charge on standard goods ordered in error. All returns to be shipped freight pre-paid.

Non-Stock Items: All non-stock orders will be received on a non-cancellable basis and are not returnable.

Claims: Must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.

Material Certification: Material Test Reports, showing conformance to applicable standard, are available upon request at no additional charge.
